All orders are produced upon artwork approval. Standard production time is 5- 12 business days for all inflatables. Rush service may be available for 4-7 day turnaround depending on availability—please inquire. No guarantee is provided for delivery date of any custom made items. Standard UPS ground shipping is 1-5 days depending on distance from our CA location. Expedited shipping services are also available upon request. International orders are shipped using UPS for 3-10 day delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipment.
